Requirements Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident. Must be accepted to an accredited university, graduate school, community college, or vocational-technical school at time of application. Must be a domestic student in the U.S. This is an undergraduate and/or graduate award. Must have had a cancer diagnosis before the age of 21. Must be 25 years or age or younger at time of application. Must be a legal resident of Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, or Texas. Must have a college grade point average of 2.0 or higher. A minimum high school grade point average is not required.
