Requirements Must be a domestic student in the U.S. Must be a U.S. citizen. This is an undergraduate award. Must be 25 years of age or younger and must attend or plan to attend an accredited two- or four-year institution at time of application. Must be a survivor of childhood cancer and must have been diagnosed before the age of 19. Must be a legal resident of Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, or the District of Columbia. Must be a high school senior or older at time of application.
