Requirements
Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a domestic student in the U.S. This is an undergraduate award. Must be a resident of Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington or Wyoming. Must be a high school senior or continuing college education student at time of application. The applicant must have been accepted (without condition) to an accredited university, college, community college or vocational technical school. Must have been diagnosed with cancer before the age of 21. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Must enroll full time at an accredited university, college, community college or vocational technical school in the upcoming academic year. Must be 25 years of age or younger at time of application.
