Must be a domestic student in the U.S. Must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. This award is for college sophomores, juniors and/or seniors. The applicant must have completed one year or more of a dental hygiene curriculum. Must be an active member of the American Dental Hygienistsâ€™ Association (ADHA) or be an active member of the Student American Dental Hygienistsâ€™ Association (SADHA). Must be a full-time student. Must be an outstanding member of the Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Society. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a current college student at time of application. Must be enrolled in an accredited dental hygiene program.
