Requirements Must be a high school senior or older at time of application. Must be a domestic student in the U.S. This is an undergraduate award. Must enroll full time at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or military institution. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must be a dependent who is 23 years of age or younger as of the scholarship deadline date. Must have a parent or legal guardian who is a full-time employee or retiree (who meets age and service requirements for retiree medical benefits) of AT&T Inc. or its U.S. subsidiaries (Southwestern Bell, Ameritech, SNET, Pacific Bell, Nevada Bell or Sterling Commerce). Grandchildren of employees or retirees are not eligible. Must be a U.S. citizen.
