Requirements This award is available for international students and domestic students in the U.S. This award is for college freshmen and/or sophomores. Must be a high school graduate or older at time of application. Must attend Oakland Community College in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Must be an employee or immediate family member of an employee of an Automation Alley member company. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher if a 2005 high school graduate. All other applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must be registered a minimum of half time (six credit hours or more). Must be majoring in one of the following programs: computer information systems, computer-aided design and drafting, robotics/automated systems technology, pre-engineering, computer hardware engineering technology, electronics technology, environmental systems technology, multi-skilled manufacturing technology, or electrical trades technology.
