Requirements Must be a domestic student in the U.S. Must have the right to work in the United States which is not solely based on student visa. Must be a rising freshman, sophomore, or junior at time of application. This award is for college freshmen, sophomores, and/or juniors. Must be majoring in either engineering (chemical or mechanical); information technology (MIS or computer science); accounting/finance; science (chemistry, biochemistry, food science, or microbiology); or agricultural and animal science. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher based on a 4.0 scale. Must be enrolled at a UNCF-member institution.
