Requirements Must be a domestic student in the U.S. Must be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen. This is a freshman year award. Must have an unweighted grade point average of 3.8 or higher. Must be a legal resident of Colorado. Must be a graduating high school senior at time of application. The student must be accepted for admission to an accredited institution of higher education to receive credit from that institution (in or out of state, public or private) and begin attendance in the fall 2006 semester. Must attend a Colorado high school. Must have an ACT score of 31 or higher OR an SAT score of 2040 or higher (combined score of math, verbal, and written sections). Must be enrolled full time for the entire first year of the award or the entire scholarship is forfeited. No postponements will be granted.
