Requirements Must be a domestic student in the U.S. This is a freshman year award. Must be a high school senior or older at time of application. Must be a resident of one of the following Connecticut cities: Beacon Falls, Bethlehem, Bridgewater, Cheshire, Goshen, Litchfield, Middlebury, Morris, Naugatuck, New Milford, Oxford, Prospect, Roxbury, Southbury, Thomaston, Warren, Washington, Waterbury, Watertown, Wolcott or Woodbury. Must enroll as a full-time or half-time student. Must plan to attend the University of Pennsylvania. Must be a U.S. citizen.
