Must be a domestic student in the U.S. This is an undergraduate award. Must be a legal resident of Connecticut. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien. Must have a cumulative class rank in the top 20 percent at the end of the junior year for high school seniors (upon graduation for all others) OR have a combined score (verbal and math) of 1800 or higher on any one sitting of the SAT. Must be a high school senior or older at time of application. Must attend any college or university in Connecticut or in states which have reciprocal arrangements with Connecticut (the District of Columbia, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island or Vermont). Must enroll full time or half time.
