Requirements This award is available for international students and domestic students in the U.S. This is a freshman year award. Must plan to major in a field directly related to the information technology (IT) industry (e.g., computer science, computer information science). Must be a high school senior at time of application. Must plan to attend an accredited higher education institution in Oregon or Washington. Must be a resident of Clark County in Washington OR Clackamas, Multnomah, Washington, or Yamhill counties in Oregon OR one of the following cities in northern Marion or eastern Columbia counties in Oregon: Aurora, Columbia City, Donald, Gervais, Hubbard, Mount Angel, Scappoose, Saint Paul, St. Helens, Warren, or Woodburn.
