Requirements Must be a domestic student in the U.S. This is an undergraduate award. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be a resident of Delaware. Must not have an individual income that exceeds $32,417 annually; OR, if he/she has dependents, an individual must not have an income that exceeds $35,820 (a family size of two), an income that exceeds $45,060 (a family size of three), an income that exceeds $54,300 (a family size of four), an income that exceeds $63,540 (a family size of five), an income that exceeds $72,780 (a family size of six), an income that exceeds $82,020 (a family size of seven), or an income that exceeds $91,260 (a family size of eight). Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Must be employed in the state of Delaware that contributes to the Blue Collar Training Fund Program. Must attend a participating school in Delaware on a part-time basis (enrollment in 11 credits or less). Must attend one of the following colleges in Delaware: Delaware State University; Delaware Technical and Community College (all campuses); Delaware College of Art and Design; Goldey-Beacom College; University of Delaware; University of Delaware/ Delaware Technical and Community College, AA Program (previously the Parallel Program), Owens Campus (Georgetown); University of Delaware/ Delaware Technical and Community College, AA Program (previously the Parallel Program), Terry Campus (Dover); University of Delaware/ Delaware Technical and Community College, AA Program (previously the Parallel Program), Wilmington Campus; Wesley College; Widener University; or Wilmington College.
