Requirements Must be a domestic student in the U.S. Must be a U.S. citizen. This is an undergraduate and/or graduate award. Must be a high school senior or older at time of application. Must attend or plan to attend the University of North Dakota. Must be recommended by a current Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA), Inc. member or be a current, active member of the EAA in order to receive this scholarship. The applicant may apply for membership in the EAA before submitting his/her scholarship application, and must remain an active member from the date of the scholarship application through the date it is awarded. Must enroll in a professional pilot program in the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences. Must meet Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) criteria for licensure and must have his/her private pilot's license.
