Requirements This award is available for international students and domestic students in the U.S. This is an undergraduate award. Must be a high school senior or older at time of application. Must be a resident of one of the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, South Dakota, or Wisconsin. Must have a grade point average between 2.5 and 3.0. Applicants with grade point averages above 3.0 should not apply. Must meet one of the following criteria: be in the top 25 percent of high school class; OR have an ACT score of 22 or higher; OR have an SAT score of 950 or higher.
