Requirements Must be a domestic student in the U.S. This is an undergraduate award. Must be a full-time student. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or lower. Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. citizen national, or permanent resident. Must have already graduated from high school and be currently enrolled in a college, university, trade or technical school. Must be a member, or the child/grandchild of a member, of the Federation of American Consumers and Travelers (FACT). If the applicant is not yet a member, he/she must join to participate in FACT's Scholarship Program. The annual membership fee is $36.
