Requirements Must be a domestic student in the U.S. This award is for college juniors, and/or seniors. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Consideration will be given to students with a grade point average of 3.2 to 3.49 under special circumstances. Must be enrolled in one of the following Bay Area public universities: California State University, East Bay; San Francisco State University; San Jose State University; Sonoma State University or University of California, Berkeley. Must major in one of the following fields: social sciences, human services, health-related fields and/or public service. Must have attended the present school for one academic year or longer, and have attained 60 units or more, 30 of which must have been attained at the present university.
