Must be a full-time student (minimum of 12 credit hours). Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must attend a college or university in West Virginia. Must be a graduating senior of Logan High School in West Virginia. Must be pursuing undergraduate study in the field of registered nursing at an accredited college. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must have an ACT score of 20 or higher.
