Requirements Awarded to give students the opportunity to conduct a three month research project in an area of biomedical research in aging under the auspices of a mentor. Applicant must submit transcripts, GRE or MCAT scores, biographical sketch, research description, and letters of reference. Selection is based upon merit and feasibility of proposed research, qualifications of mentor, and applicant's ability, promise, and interest in gerontological issues (as demonstrated by academic performance, statement of purpose, references, course work, independent study, and volunteer activity).
