Must be a domestic student in the U.S.; Must be a U.S. citizen or a legal permanent resident with a permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551 (not expired).; Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.; This is an undergraduate and/or graduate award.; Must be a full-time student enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university in the United States, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.; Must have earned 12 undergraduate units or more at time of application.; Must be of Hispanic background. One parent must be fully Hispanic or both parents must be half Hispanic.
