Must be a domestic student in the U.S.; This is a freshman year award.; Must be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident.; Must be a legal resident of Oklahoma.; Must be a graduating high school senior at time of application.; Must have an ACT composite score of 32 or higher OR an SAT composite score of 1420 or higher (on a test completed before March 2005) or 2130 or higher (on a test completed after March 2005) OR a GED score of 700 or higher.; Must have applied or been accepted for enrollment at an institution of higher education (public or private, in-state or out-of-state) as a full-time student for the 2006-2007 academic year.; Must graduate from an Oklahoma high school.
