I NEED SOME HELP…

To Whom it May Concern

From: Carolyn Hampton, 630/379-2630

Re: At Risk Family and Adopt my family for the Holidays

The Carolyn Hampton and family of Il, is seeking support with my at risk family
these are the days when it’s very difficult coping and facing with many
challenges, when they are combined increases greater damages, such as; single
parent with 3 children, and my mother, 2 of the 3 children are facing academic
failure. I’m unable to afford appropriate nutrition food, educational
resources, nor ca I afford tuition, book fees, and transportation so that my
daughter can attend a local college. Transportation is limited as a result my
children are unable to concentrate on school work. I’m currently struggling
with tying to significantly determine my children chances of succeeding in
life.

My family and I have no primary physician, we use the emergency room for
necessary medical care, and we suffer with vision and dental problem. I have an
abscess in my gum which has come through my jaw that caused an unhealed wound.

The purpose will provide my at risk children school supplies, nutritional food,
to have a primary doctor, reliable transportation, to purchase assistive reading
software and hardware for the educational resources. The Goal of the grant is to
enable my children with learning and reading disabilities to improve their
reading skills to the point where they can succeed in school and develop the
reading skills that will prepare them for middle school, high school and
college, computer equipped with scanner and assistive reading software, they
will be able to see reading, tutorial material on screen as if is read to them
in a human like voice. This will enable them to independent assistive reading
also will give them the greatest flexibility in using their school homework and
other school work material use of Kurnzeil 3000 software. I’m currently
struggling with trying to significantly determine my children chances of
succeeding in life.

My children are now leading to academic depression. They have been determined to
be at risk in their reading skills for a variety of reasons; learning
disabilities such as dyslexia and hypertension deficit. Every school year my
children have been evaluated under the 504 plan. My daughter is reading at below
require level. They are at greater risk of failing further behind.

It would be a blessing if your company will adopt my family. My oldest son
Jonathan just called me our lights has just been disconnected (on a Friday
evening) JESUS……

Respectfully submitted,

Carolyn Hampton

Education is one of the most basic right of any human, but with the increase in prices and the costs involved in education this has made these rights turn into a privilege which very few can enjoy. Any normal person today in the whole of United States has to take an education loan at one point of time to pay for their education fees.
