Requirements Must be a domestic student in the U.S.; This is an undergraduate award.; Must be accepted into a Virginia public two- or four-year college or university, or a participating Virginia private four-year college or university.; Must enroll half time or more in an approved degree, certificate, or diploma program.; Must be a citizen or an eligible non-citizen of the United States.; Must be a domiciliary resident of Virginia as defined by the Code of Virginia 23-7.4.; Must be a high school senior or older at time of application.
