Must be a domestic student in the U.S.; Must be a domiciliary resident of Virginia, as defined by the Domicile Guidelines and the Code of Virginia, for one year or more prior to receiving a Virginia Tuition Assistance Grant.; This is an undergraduate and/or graduate award.; Must enroll full time as an undergraduate, graduate or professional student.; Must attend or plan to attend an accredited private, non-profit college or university in Virginia. A list of eligible institutions is available on the application.; Must enroll in an eligible degree program that is not in religious training or theological education.; Must be a high school senior or older at time of application.; Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or a U.S. citizen national.
