Requirements Must be a domestic student in the U.S.; This award is for college freshmen and/or sophomores. Applicants must be enrolled in or plan to enroll in a program of less than four years in length.; Must be a resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.; Must have graduated from a high school in Pennsylvania.; Must be enrolled in an approved science or technology field. A list of approved fields of study is available on the scholarship application.; Must enroll in an approved Pennsylvania two- or four-year college or licensed technical institute.; Must be a U.S. citizen.; Must be a high school graduate or older at time of application.; Must enroll full or part time. Part-time students enrolled for at least three semester credits per semester or the equivalent are eligible to be considered for a scholarship based on tuition and mandatory fees as reported by the school, less any Federal Pell and state grant aid, up to a maximum of $1,000 or 20 percent of tuition and mandatory fees, whichever is less.
