Requirements Must be a domestic student in the U.S.; This is a freshman year award.; Must be scheduled to graduate from high school or the equivalent at the end of the spring semester and plan to attend an accredited postsecondary school in the fall following application.; Must be a resident of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island.; Must have maintained a grade point average of 'B' or better.; Must have a realistic career goal relating to the Right of Way profession such as engineering, law, appraisal, environmental studies or related areas such as economics, communications or negotiations.; Must be a legal U.S. resident.
