Must be a domestic student in the U.S.; Must be a resident of Wisconsin.; This is an undergraduate award.; Must have a severe or profound hearing or visual impairment.; Must be a U.S. citizen.; Must attend or plan to attend a participating University of Wisconsin campus, a college in the Wisconsin Technical College System (a list of schools is located at www.witechcolleges.com), an independent institution in the state of Wisconsin (a list of schools is located at www.waicuweb.org), or a Wisconsin Tribal College (College of the Menonimee Nation or Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwa Community College). A list of all eligible schools is also available at: www.heab.state.wi.us/appinfo.html; Must enroll on a half-time basis or more.; Must be a high school graduate or older at time of application.
