Must have an ACT score of 15 or higher OR an SAT score of 720 or higher.; Must be enrolled or planning to enroll at an eligible Mississippi college or university. For a list of eligible institutions, please visit: www.ihl.state.ms.us/financialaid/EligInst.html.; Must be a domestic student in the U.S.; Must have been a resident of Mississippi for one or more years prior to enrollment.; This is an undergraduate award.; Must plan to enroll full time (12 or more credit hours per semester). Audits are not counted as enrolled or completed hours.; Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher after a minimum of seven semesters of high school or on all college work previously taken.; Must be a high school senior or older at time of application.; Must be a U.S. citizen.
