A list of eligible schools is available at www.ihl.state.ms.us/financialaid/EligInst.html.; Must be a U.S. citizen.; Must be a domestic student in the U.S.; This is an undergraduate award.; Must have graduated from high school within the immediate past two years.; Must be a resident of Mississippi for two years prior to the application deadline date of March 31.; Must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher (high school grade point average if applying for freshman year; college grade point average if applying after that).; Must have an ACT score of 20 or higher.; Must have a documented average family adjusted gross income of $36,500 or less over the prior two years.; Must plan to enroll as a full-time student.
