Must be a high school senior or older at time of application.; Must be a domestic student in the U.S.; This is an undergraduate award.; Must enroll full time at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or military institution.; Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.; Must be a dependent who is 23 years of age or younger as of the scholarship deadline date.; Must have a parent or legal guardian who is a full-time employee or retiree (who meets age and service requirements for retiree medical benefits) of AT&T Inc. or its U.S. subsidiaries (Southwestern Bell, Ameritech, SNET, Pacific Bell, Nevada Bell or Sterling Commerce). Grandchildren of employees or retirees are not eligible.; Must be a U.S. citizen.
