Requirements This is an undergraduate award.; Must be a domestic student in the U.S.; Must be a California resident.; Must enroll for six units or more per semester in an accredited college, university, or technical school.; Must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher each year scholarship funds are received.; Must attend a college, university, or technical school in California.; Must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident.; Must be a high school senior or older at time of application.; Must be enrolled or accepted in one of the following allied healthcare programs: diagnostic medical sonography, medical imaging, medical laboratory technology, occupational therapy, pharmacy, pharmacy technology, physical therapy, respiratory care, social work, surgical technology, radiologic technology, radiation therapy technology, nuclear medicine technology, or clinical laboratory science.
