Requirements This award is available for internationals students and domestic students in the U.S.; This award is for college juniors and/or seniors.; Must enroll full time at an accredited college or university.; Must be studying subjects in relation to synthesis and processing, structure, properties, and performance of electronic, photonic, magnetic and superconducting materials, as well as materials used in packaging and interconnecting such materials in device structures.; Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.; Must be a college sophomore or junior in good standing at a recognized degree-granting school at time of application.; Must be enrolled in a metallurgical/materials science engineering program.; Must be a member of the Material Advantage Student Program.
