Requirements Must be a college sophomore or junior in good standing at a recognized degree-granting school at time of application.; This award is available for international students and domestic students in the U.S.; This award is for college juniors and/or seniors.; Must enroll full time at an accredited college or university.; Must pursue a career in metallurgical and/or materials science engineering with an emphasis on both traditional (aluminum, magnesium, beryllium, titanium, lithium, and other reactive metals) and emerging light metals (composites, laminates, etc.).; Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.; Must be a member of the Material Advantage Student Program.
