Requirements Must be a high school senior or older at time of application.; Must have a grade point average of a 'C' or higher.; This award is available for international students and domestic students in the U.S.; This is an undergraduate award.; Must be the child, spouse or financial dependent of a deceased or severely and permanently disabled victim of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States or the subsequent rescue and recovery operation (this includes victims at the WTC, Pentagon or on flights 11, 77, 93 or 175) OR be a survivor of the terrorist attacks who is severely and permanently disabled as a result of injuries sustained in the attacks or rescue and recovery operations.; Must attend a New York college or university. Please note: New York state residents' family members who were enrolled in undergraduate colleges or universities located outside of New York state on Sept.11, 2001, are also eligible for scholarship payment at that school.; Must enroll as a full-time student.
